El Rey guests are required to valet or park in specific parking lots. We have valet for $7 in the front of the venue, which opens an hour before door time. There is a self-parking lot down the street at 5455 Wilshire for $6.

From Virginia:

From I-66: Take I-66 East all the way to the Roosevelt Bridge. Stay in the center lane to Constitution Avenue. Take Constitution all the way to 7th Street NW, and make a left. Several blocks up make a left onto V Street. The Club is a block and a half on the right.

From I-395: Take the 14th St. Bridge across the river, follow 14th St. north. Take a right on U St., left on Vermont, up one block. Take a hairpin right onto 9th St. 9:30 is on your immediate left at the corner of 9th and V streets.

From Maryland:

From Baltimore: I-95 South. At Beltway, follow 95 South/495 East signs. Exit onto Baltimore-Washington Parkway (295 South). Exit onto New York Ave (Route 50 West). Four miles later, take right on Florida Ave. (landmark: Wendy's). Go right on 7th St., left on V St. 9:30 is on the right at the corner of 9th and V.

From Rt. 50: Exit onto New York Ave. Four miles later, take right on Florida Ave. (landmark: Wendy's). Go right on 7th St., left on V St. 9:30 is on the right at the corner of 9th and V.

From points N.W.: I-270 to I-495 East. Follow 495 to Georgia Avenue and exit South towards DC. Take Georgia through Silver Spring and into the District. Turn right onto V St. (At Howard University Hospital) The 9:30 Club is two blocks down on the right at the corner of 9th and V streets.

Via Wisconsin: Go south, take a left on Garfield (At the national cathedral), go right on Massachusetts, take a left on Q St. and follow to Vermont Ave. Turn left on Vermont. Take a hairpin right at the Amoco station onto 9th St. 9:30 is on your immediate left at the corner of 9th and V streets.

Via Metro:

Take the Green Line to the U Street stop. Make sure you walk out on the Vermont Ave. side and NOT 13th street side. The Vermont street side is at the intersection of Vermont, 10th, and U. When you get to the ground level, make a "U" turn and walk to the right (east) along U street to Vermont, and walk up Vermont one block to the club. (If you get out one the 13th street side of the metro stop, it's a much much longer walk...):

There is a monitored lot on 9th Street. Come early and park for only $10!

There is a monitored lot on 9th Street, run by the club. $10. On busy nights it fills up quick so we recommend purchasing advance parking tix along with your concert tix.

Sonar
Directly across from the front door is enough free parking to accommodate almost our entire capacity. Arriving prior to 10 PM is highly recommended to ensure the best parking.

DIRECTIONS TO PARADISE

From the West: take the Mass Pike to the Allston/Cambridge Exit bear left to Allston onto Cambridge Street at the fourth set of lights take a left onto Harvard Ave. at the next set of lights take a left onto Brighton. the Paradise will be 1/2 mile on the left.

From the South: take 93 N to the Mass Ave Exit at the intersection at bottom of ramp take a right after 1 mile take a left onto Beacon to Kenmore Sq. stay to the right - end up on Comm Ave the Paradise will be I mile on the right.

From the North: take 93 S to Storrow Drive to the Kenmore Exit take a right onto Beacon St to Kenmore Sq. stay to the right - end up on Comm Ave. the Paradise will be 1 mile on the right .

TAKING THE MBTA T: Take the Green Line (B LINE) to The Pleasant Street stop.
